So i have been trying to lose weight and tone my body for a few months now with absolutely no luck. My diet is fine, I dont drink soda, try to stay away from candy and sweets, and i eat good portion sizes. My issue is, though, I have loads of difficulty trying to keep myself motivated enough to exercise. I really need to exercise so that I can tone and gain muscle, shed those last few extremely-hard-to-lose pounds, and improve my joints and flexibility. So what I need from someone else here is an accountability partner, someone who will talk to me everyday, preferably through text, and make sure that I have stuck to daily goals and what not. I will of course return the favor to whoever will take on this task. I would love for this person to be similar to me so here are my stats and other info.
I am a 17 year old female. I am about 5'4 and weigh 160 pounds. My goal wieght is about 130 with as flat a stomach and as little thighs as I can get. My doctors want me to lose weight so my joints dont have as much weight and pressure on them. In about 3 weeks I will be starting my senior year of high school which in and of itself is yet another challenge and hurdle in this journey. I will definetely need someone during this time to ensure that i dont give in and go the easy route by purchasing terrible things from the many vending machines on campus.
