hey, i m 16 and i m trying to tone my body
i ve been eating quite healthy (except for the chocolates this morning ;P) and exercising at least 30 minutes a day.
i have been doing this for a month and i lost 8 pounds (more or less) but im not seeing the difference...
why??
any answers would be much appreciated

Gradual weight change is not obvious because we see ourselves daily. Also, your rate of weight loss is a bit fast so I would recommend increasing your calories if it continues at that rate.
