I'm 13 4' 11" and weigh 113. I want to lose weight and I eat about 1300-1600 calories. Is this too many?? And any tips for losing weight I want to lose leg fat for a June recital I'm in. Thanks!! :)
No definitely not too much! In fact, a bit too low- you shouldn't be eating less than 1500 it actually makes you gain weight if you restrict (I know, sounds crazy but true)
Eating too little makes your body think that there is a scarcity of food and holds on to the calories as fat more easily. I would definitely eat a bit more and then just work it off, you'll have much better results and it's healthier.
