I just had the most delicious snack- apple slices with cinnamon spread on top with dollops of peanut butter...really yummyyy!! I wished that snack lasteed longer but will def make it again!!!
i LOVE TrueNorth pistachio crisps. They taste just like pistachios but in a light crispy snack! For "chip" kind of snack their pretty low sodium, about 250 mg per serving. They make me happyyyy.
Kangaroo brand Pita Chips! They're healthier for you than potato chips. :)

Omg, I just had for the first time "Annie's Cocoa Bunnies." They're these super cute little chocolate bunnies that are all natural and organic, and have fiber and calcium too. They're so good! :))) I had them with Soy Milk which made them even better!

low fat string cheese, apples with peanut butter, whole grain crackers or carrots with hummus, celery and peanut butter, bbq flavored pop chips (low cal chips that are very tasty!), any fruit, hmm thats all i can think of right now!
A spoonful of natural peanut butter
yogurt with assorted frozen fruits (usually blueberries, strawberries and raspberries)
The pb is definitely my first choice though! A spoonful of pb makes my day that much better! :)
*organic whole wheat crackers + either smoked gouda or parmigiano reggiano
*i've been having a lot of greek yogurt + dried blueberry flaxseed for some extra protein + calcium in between meals
*kombucha strawberry or guava drinks + baby carrots with hummus and frozen grapes- very refreshing!
*medjool dates + almond butter
*cinnamon almonds, raw cashews, dried apricots + figs, yogurt covered raisins & carob chips - trail mix!
*when i'm out shopping/away from the house i usually get a skinny latte + have a larabar (blueberry muffin, coconut cream pie + cashew cookie <3)
*warm up a serving of vanilla almond granola + skim milk/vanilla hemp milk and maybe add some sliced banana -- soooo good.
*frozen yogurt + toasted coconut + berries..always delicious!
*odwalla smoothies - easy to have when you're out or want a quick energy boost, simple ingredients + very healthy!
- pumpkin soup: 1/2 c. mashed pumpkin + 1/2 c. vanilla soy milk + cinnamon and sugar, warmed up in the microwave
- cooked oats with a mashed banana and mashed tofu stirred in
- a nice, crisp apple with a small piece of extra dark chocolate :)
