13, flabby and unhappy

hi, im becky and have i serious issue with my stomach!

its flabby and even wobbles when i run.

im 5'3, 128lbs and exercise 3 or 4 times a week.

ive tried everything from 100's of sit-ups to power plate workouts and nothing seems to tone it up! i eat around 1200 cals or on a good daqy 1100 to 1000 cals.

any ideas how i an tone up my stomach and stop it ruining my confidence?

 Yell do some reasearch please. unless you want your entire body to turn into a flab ball because you loose all your muscle, so you just become kind of like a kite, with flaps of skin blowing in the wind, and your body starts eating your vital organs, so you become deranged because your brain is being metabolized, then you die.  

Children and teens and ADULTS (which you are not) need WAY MORE than 1100-1000cals a day. Especially with excersize. Go on a childrens health website and find your actual needs, instead of just winging it and see how long it will take for you to kill yourself from starvation.

Child, the only way you're going to gain confidence in that stomach is by improving your health by eating more, as the other two have stated, and waiting for your body to finish a good majority of it's growing.

I must be missing something I see no age on there...but it doesn't look like a chart either..?

I got 1332 as a minimum for an 18 year old  as far as how much to eat...and that was for an 18 year old...I'm not sure but I think before 18 you need more than that because of more development going on.  I think I've heard maybe even 400 more or something decent so that would be 1700 cals.

Definitely look up a calulator for your age because your not gonna have the healthy body I'm sure you want eating so little.
