Pitas, yoghurt, apples, bananas, oatmeal, rice cakes, coffee, lots of water, baby spinach, tomato, anddd *cough* ice cream. I seriously eat some every day. Unfortunately my mom's boyfriend bought fullfat ice cream instead of frozen yoghurt this time D:
I eat quaker oats oatmeal for breakfast everyday and recently I started drinking lots of water.

YOGURT!!

Bananas, Oranges or Grapes (usually one or two a day)

Some sort of snack bar. Usually Kellogs Cereal bar, slim fast muffin bar, or South Beach Diet snack bars.

Lipton Diet Green Tea

Parmesan Cheese

Pasta (trying to work in wheat or fiber enriched pastas though

FISH!!! Cod, Salmon, Tilapia Steaks from Walmart :)

Weight Watchers Chocolate Cookie Dough Sundae - 200 Calories (Every OTHER Day)

OATMEAL!, bananas, apples, instant hot chocolate, coffee and w/wheat toast/pittas/muffins.... just whatever one we happen to have in the kitchen.
I usually have brown rice daily, veggies, fruit....but it's kinda hard to pinpoint because sometimes my eating habits are very erratic.
Apples, bananas, cereal bars, cereal of some sort, Luna bars, & granola bars.
the only thing i "eat" every day without fail is coffee.

puffed rice cereal

soy milk

apple

lettuce

I think I pretty much vary the rest of my food but I do eat some form of tofu everyday.

Lately it's been bananas, whole wheat pitas, hummus, raw broccoli, cherry tomatoes, tofu, almonds, hard boiled eggs, and a ton of apples.  No signs of stopping, either!
