Okay for some reason Im still hungry . I ate dinner like an hour ago and I ate a pretty descent amount . I was still hungry after that so I ate some green beans and a potato. 20 mins after that I was still hungry so I got a chocolate temptation. Now its only been what 10 mins since iv eaten that and my stomach feels like I havent ate anything !!!!!!!! I have a rule where I dont like to eat past 8 pm so Im not sure whether to eat or just ignore it. I guess its because Im hungry i mean i think this is hunger pains (more like starving)
Why wouldn't you eat past 8 p.m.? Is there something magical that happens if you eat after that time?
If you're hungry, then you aren't eating enough or eating too many processed grains/non-fibrous/proteinous foods.
Oh well Ive never felt that hungry in a long time. Well I try to eat atleast 2 hours before I go to sleep because Iv read that if you eat right before you go to sleep then it all turns to fat.

to avoid some calorie and nutrition issues, try to focus on the good foods! first think that comes to mind for me is spinach. you can eat pounds of that and barely have any calories
