I've done a lot of research but I feel kinda stuck..help?
Hi guys! So I'm 14, 5'5" and around 150 lbs. I use to be 125-135 an felt really good at that weight. Well, I got injured, had to stop working out, then got depressed which caused me to eat a LOT and gain a lot..I was 170 a few months ago. I've been losing weight but I'm kind of at a plateau type thing I think? I eat about 1700 calories a day and I run 1.8 miles and walk the same amount every day. I feel comfortable at this but I feel like I'm not losing very much anymore. Any advice on losing the last 15 lbs as quickly as possible?(1-2 lbs a week). Eat more? Incorporate a high calorie day? Take a workout break every once in a while? I'm tired of not seeing any change and I'm SICK of being this weight. I miss my old self.

Try weight training and strength exercises with more intense running (faster speed in same time). You will see more physical changes in appearance than the numbers on the scale though.
Well, I kind of want to lose actual lbs, because I was fine with where I was last year..back then I just ran, sometimes lifted some light weights, and ate about 1750 calories a day. I was 130ish.
