Starting Weight:130 pounds
Current Weight:126 pounds
Goal Weight:116 pounds
I also really want to tone up for my holiday in October

Isn't your goal a bit unhealthy? I am 5'6" and aiming for 125 or so pounds. I am 130 right now.
You don't tone up by losing weight. You tone up by adding muscle, and I can't see from where you think you can lose 10lbs.

... and you don't see anything wrong with that? How old are you? For anyone over 16, 5' 7" and 116 is too low. [EDITED: apologies - just did my homework, and you're only 13... please talk to an adult about your goal, and make absolutely sure it is the right thing to do. Dieting under 18 should be done with medical supervision so as not to harm development/normal growing. ]
To the OP; you can either tone up and look great at your current weight, or you can lose to 116 and look scraggy, pale and exhausted - you don't get to be toned AND underweight...
