How to lose weight?

Hello everyone,

I already eat very healthy. I eat fruit and veg everyday, I have no dairy (I have soya), I don't eat white sugar or flour and I eat wholemeal bread. I dont eat sweets and I no longer eat meat (I have quorn or tofu). I do drink tea occasionally (sometimes with two brown sugars) and the only other drink I have is water. I take multivitamins with Pre and pro biotics everyday. The reason why I don't eat dairy/white sugar/flour is that I'm lactose intolerant and it doesn't agree with me)

I currently weigh around 7.5-8 stone and I'm roughly 5'2" but I can't seem to shift the weight. I really want a flat stomach, lean arms and legs (preferably a thigh gap) but I just need help in getting there. I cycle for half an hour roughly, 5 days a week but I have a foot problem due to an injury that means I cant really do much exercise as such, and I cannot run due to this :(

Please please help me, either with suggestions on how to lose the weight or as to where I am going wrong. I really really want to be thin again. I've been feeling this way for years. Thank you
