why don't you eat after 7?? and i think it's okay to have SOME low calorie days, just like it is to have some high calorie days too! c: i mean i probably go over on my calories 4 days a week! then again i probably also go under my calories 3 days a week too.. so i guess it kinda balances itself out haha. but 700 sounds like an awful little.. and doesn't any amount under 1500 for teens slow down your metabolism or something? sorry i don't really know much about metabolism.. just be careful okay! and maybe try drinking rather than eating since you don't eat after 7? hope you had fun at that party by the way!! :D
Then that's a really bad reason to have a low calorie day. So no, it's not ok.
Eating after 7 is really ok - your body doesn't care what time you consume your food, as long as you are eating enough.
You have an eating disorder, and you're asking if it's ok that you don't eat enough calories today? Um..no, of course it's not! Take this as an opportunity to eat calorie dense goodies!
I don't know what time it is where you are, but if you are in the US, it can't be later than 2:30. Which means you have plenty of time (almost 11 hours before 1am) to eat a lot more.
Also, your question was if it was ok to do this several times a week? Which means you might actually plan to do this again, rather than it being a mistake.
There is a difference between my low calorie day of 1200 (when my usual is 1600+) and your low-calorie day which is well under the minimum.
for me, yeah, no problem to have a low calorie day a couple times a week, presuming I am doing no workouts those days -- but I wouldn't make a habit of it.
for you -- your ED is helping you make a habit of it. According to your profile you ARE in the US -- which means you have more than enough time to eat at least another 1200 calories.

It's later in the day, Almost 7 and I really get worried about eating after 7. 900 is enough. I'm going to eat alot more tomorrow for sure though! I wont make a habit of it
Of course you will make a habit of it. You still have disordered thinking, and now you're just looking for excuses to starve yourself. You're stomach hurts from only eating 700 calories? This would only happen if you habitually starve yourself.

900 is NOT enough. And 7pm is NOT too late to eat.
You posted because you knew that this was a problem. We are telling you that it is. Take a look at yourself. Remember that you are trying to recover.
This is not going to help you get healthier. It's going to hurt you.
I eat very calorie dense food with alot of calories to just get it over with. nuts fill me up. gosh. I just want to make sure it's alright for ONE day
It's not alright. Not for one day.
but..im being honest here, IM NOT HUNGRY. really im not
I just don't know what to do..At least I don't post countless amounts of threads asking if 1,700 calories are alright (;
Also because I know I'm not hungry but I know I have to eat a certain amount so..I'm stuck as to what to do..make myself feel ill because I made myself eat because I need the calories or have a low amount
900 is never enough. Not for 1 day, not for 2, not for a week. 900 is never enough*
Eat. Again, according to your profile, you are in the US -- I'm as far east as it goes and it's not even 6 here -- sooooo..... Besides, eating up to the minute you hop into bed will not hurt you as much as not eating.
Edit: unless you happen to be on bariatric surgery recovery -- but this is concerning ED recovery.
