Set backs happen. Don't do anything drastic. Instead, use this to make changes. Find a workout buddy and keep it consistent. And use Calorie Count daily to keep your urges in check. I know getting the mobile app helped me a ton!
Don't give up! It's just a minor setback, get up and start all over.
Keep on keeping on!
