I'm 5'8 1/2 and 121-124 pounds, and I was wondering how many calories to maintain on. Lately (3 days) I've been eating about 1700-2200 calories. I am moderately active, I do alot of walking and now swimming. I am 14 and I've lost about 40 pounds over 9 months. Help would be appreciated! Thanks.:)
Keep it like that, it seems to be the appropriate amount. if ever you gain, just reduce it by 250 and see if you gain or lose.. just adjust
you seem to be a tad low... how did you lose all that weight that you didn't need to lose?
