Okay so i used to be anorexic, only eating 500 calories a day and i would exercise until i burned 500 . It worked i lost 25 pounds in 3 months but along with it went my muscle. I used to have muscle from field hockey but i lost it and i had none what so ever . Well i started getting better at eating as soon as i found out i was starving myself and i would lose weight better by eating more so i upped and upped and now 2 months later im at 1600 calories :) im glad but i havent gained any weight . I heard that if you eat so low then started eating again you would gain, but iv stayed the same but iv gained ALL my muscle back AND i still look fat . Im at an okay weight of 123 and im 5'4 but thats weird how i started eating more and then nothing . And muscle weighs more than fat and i have both . I still want to lose weight i wanna weigh 110 but im TRYING to do it the healthy way. Im always tempted to go back to my old weighs but yea . Im fighting it . I always thought beauty came from pain . !
I shouldnt say anorexic because i had anorexia when i was 10 for like 3 years and i was 74 pounds . But i gained after that then when i turned 16 i went back to my old weighs .
