A good way to change your eating habits is by having the right portion sizes on your plate.

Half of your plate should be covered with veggies and salad, a quarter with a good carbs (like brown rice, grains e.g quinoa) and a quarter with lean protein (like fish - no oil, lean chicken).

Seriously this always works for me because at school I can't weigh my school lunches. :D

Anyway, even if u really want to eat something unhealthy like a burger or something just have a few small bites and fill yourself up with something healthy instead.

Oh and there's a really good website : www.skinnytaste.com There are loads of healthy meal recipies you can make (and cakes too!!!).

Hope this helped :D

Hi, I am so happy for you and making a decision to eat right. The long term benefits will sure pay off; however, usually we are so used to having our way right now that we often get frustrated.

I lost 85lb so I know how hard it can be especially around family and friends who eat anything in sight, and the feeling of being left out or stand out when you decide to make a healthy choice.

If you would like I can send you weekly little habit changing points that you can build on so it will become a lifestyle vs a struggle. It will take time but if you stick with it it will pay off. I also have a blog that if you would like to check it out feel free to do so.

Many blessings.
