Need to lose 40 lbs by summer, help?!

I'm 16, 173 lbs, I started dieting about 3 weeks ago, and have lost around 5 lbs. i count my calories, and eat around 1200 a day. I exercise between 20 minutes to an hour a day, and I eat healthy(for the most part). my goal is to weigh 130 lbs by June/July, I need tips and/or advice please!

That's my goal, and I want to have my ideal body look for summer, and my senior picture.
Im almost exactly the same weight as you, but I'm aiming to lose about 20 pounds. According to my bmi im healthy for my height, but 149 is my ideal weight. :) good luck!!
