I need a wight losing buddy!

It would be nice if you were around my size but if not its fine. I'm 13 year old and I play basketball, but every since the endof summer basketball camp I haven't been exercising. I am 5'4 and weigh 150 lbs. I wear a size 7/8 or 9/10. Please help :) thanks

Just get active! Its summer time. Ride bikes, go for walks. Don't spaz on your size. just opt to be more active and eat healthier. I have a 13 year old also and would want the same for her. Don't get drastic. Just eat moderately and Move daily. eats lots of fruits and veggies.

 

Omg u sound like my twin! I'll be ur buddy!;) I'm trying to train for a triathlon but it's hard :( we can motivate eachother :)

Don't forget to drink lots of water :)
