I usually eat popcorn, fruit, or an egg
I love to snack! Usually I'll have one of these:
- fruit and peanut butter (usually too much peanut butter O.o)
- some kind of bar (luna bar or larabar)
- crackers and hummus
- frozen fruit bar
- bowl of cereal with almond/soy milk
- chips and salsa
Yeah, I eat a lot, haha. No matter how big my breakfast and lunch were, I come home starving!
hmmm I usually eat a lot of PB haha. Usually 2 tbsp and some crackers and stuff, so usually my snack is 300 calories or something. Sometimes I feel like that's too much, sometimes I just eat 200, I feel like 200 calories is better. But anyway, usually peanut butter and some whole grain crackers or saltines.
I heard your snacks should only be 150 calories, but i have to eat at 10:30 some days and then don't get home until 2:30 from school, so i eat a small meal!!
Sounds weird but they're exactly like crisps and soooo low calorie- can have 8 packets for 80 calories :D isn't a filler- but I need to be constantly munching something so I do it with something that won't make meZz broad ;)
I often eat around 400 calories in the afternoons! Snacks are good for you and can be as many of your calories as you want! I often eat an apple or some other type of fruit after school. Today I had a sliced gala apple with cottage cheese and a Cashew Cookie Larabar.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
