Supporters (now that i know what i am doing)

I just want to be toned, and look good. Im 95 pounds 5 feet tall and 14 years old. I wish to have abs. I would like supporters, and when i get the chance i will get on the actual computer (rather than the app) so i may support those who supported me. Please do not discourage me, support me. Also i still need a buddy/twin if anyone wants to volunteer.

I would suggest starting w/ a program like this one.  If you don't have access to weights, start bodyweight training.  Pushups, pull ups, squats, lunges, planks, side planks, burpees, jump rope.  You can get resistance bands pretty cheap.  

You can have the strongest abs in the world, but they could still be hiding under a layer of fat. If you are looking to just be toned like the VS angels etc then i would suggest looking into programs like insanity(loved it :)) to build muscles and tone up a bit. But if you are looking for an actual six pack you would need to reduce your body fat's percentage and eat a cleaner unprocessed diet :)

You can't have a six pack without muscle.  Even if you lose most of your body fat, w/o muscle, you just have a flat stomach.  Ever see a really scrawny chick or dude. No six pack.  Nothing is there.  At her size, she needs some muscle mass.

I completely agree. So that's what I'm working for. Everyone has that muscle. I just want a less invisible one.

Im doing this too but im also trying to lose 5 or 10 pounds.

Im 5'4 and weight 121 pounds.

But im trying to do this too, i want more abs. LOL

Alot of little girls at my gym have six packs with out much work or working with their abs very much. But due to their low BF percentage = six pack. You don't need really strong abs for a six pack..I never said she would without muscle. You won't have a six pack without a low bf percentage either, love. :)

If they have six packs, they work on something.  They may not train their abs directly, but the work that they do involves their abs.  Almost all full body work involves abs. They keep you stable as you move.  If they go to the gym, they go there for a reason.

I don't know anyone with a six pack that didn't train somehow.  They may not train for a six pack, but they do train.  I do, however, know scrawny people who don't workout and are flat.  No ab definition because there is no muscle there.

They are six, they don't go to a gym.  They are my team mates for gymnastics.  My point is while you do need indeed need muscle in your abdominal, you need lower BF percentage and a cleaner diet more. abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym!

My point is that it is both.  If you get your bf% low and there is no muscle, no six pack.  If you build lots of muscle and have too much fat, no six pack.  

Gymnasts use their abs a lot.  If the girls in your gym didn't train, they would be like many six year olds, skinny but no abs because they don't train for anything.

Abs aren't built in the kitchen.  They are built with training like any other muscle.  They are revealed by not eating too much.
