I'm so sick of people saying that she's so " healthy " that's a bunch of crap.. she steals other people's recipes and pictures and is clearly underweight and giving out tips. I used to LOVE her blog at my lowest.

If you're a teen, no matter what your frame, you should never go under 1500 cals, even for weight loss.
- It looks like she just took a bunch of pseudo-healthy crap from a bunch of sources and put it on a colorful blog. I don't see how she's any worse than Shape magazine.
- Maybe some people find this helpful. It doesn't look appetizing to me at all, but I like planning my own food.
- Why not just drink tea? It's the same 5 calories and actually has value.
- At least she actually eats the egg yolk
Why exactly do you read these things? If it bothers you, don't read them.
I agree, senorawesome19. Again, it all depends for me. Since it's summer, I have been waking up late so I am not eating as many calories as during the year. Sometimes I eat 1800, it really all depends. I snack all day, just on foods that are lower calories because I enjoy them. I can't help if I'd prefer to eat 4 pickles over a chocolate bar.
I disagree. Her recipes, while not orignal are quite yummy! + she provides many helpful tips for weightloss and for healthy living in general. Shes a much better role model then say...chocolate covered katie. So what if shes underweight? Just because your underweight doesn't mean you aren't healthy...Alexia is underweight, but doesn't mean shes unhealthy..? (idk, you use tumblr so i assume you might know who she is..?) The girl who runs the blog has overcome alot and is just trying to help..even though her site is mad annoying. I also don't like how un personal it is but thats beside the point. :))

I'm not a fan of undressed skeleton's recipes in general, but I agree that she's a much better role model than chocolate covered katie. Katie makes low calorie recipes despite being underweight and claims that she's naturally skinny (i just posted about this in another thread- it turns out that she's been treated for anorexia and i'm really upset that she's been lying all this time ). Taralynn's recipes are also low calorie, but it makes sense because she's maintaining after losing a lot of weight and she's open about her weight loss story. Even if she's underweight, i can respect her because she's honest about her intentions...
I am not a fan of Taralynn, and I don't think she's a good role model at all.
She's a young, twenty-something girl who eats 1,500 to maintain, and posts 'healthy' recipes which are often artificial crap. It's pretty clear through some of her posts that her habits are pretty disordered, and I seriously hope people don't think her lifestyle is normal or healthy.
Not only that, but she used to have an account on here, and often posted about her starvation/binge episodes, etc. It magically disappeared when she started her blog.
While people often go through struggles with body image/weight loss, I certainly wouldn't promote a healthy-living blog on such a foundation.
