Okay so I am turning 14 next month, I am about 5'3" 5'4". I weigh between 110-113 I'm not sure exactly how much I weigh. I start High school in the fall and I want a new start, I want to loose about 10 pounds this summer, but I have a really hard time loosing weight, I don't exactly gain weight easily either, I normally just maintain it. I play soccer but that's ending on the 30th this month, I have it 2 days a week for 1hr and 15-30 mins, I also referee, So I excersise alot, Also I ride my bike alot and I never loose any weight!! I know my BMI is at a healthy number but I have a big stomach kinda :P I want my stomach to be flat, but my stomach comes out to where my chest does. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to loose wieght? Oh I am also in Marching band so that might help a little bit. I used to weigh about 115 last summer but then I lost some weight when I did a soccer camp, I am also doing that soccer camp and one other. but the camp isn't until the end of August and I would like to be able to loose the weight I want to towards the beginning of summer!! Please comment and give me Ideas!!

Please be careful. You're description of yourself kind of reminds me of how I feel half of the time, regardless of my weight. If you weigh 100 pounds, you'll be underweight. I know that because I wanted to be 100 pounds (I'm only 5'2) but that's underweight even for me. Don't harm your health, it isn't worth it. I suggest toning. Eat better (smaller meals more frequently shrunk my stomach a ton) , drink water to prevent bloating, and do plenty of ab excercises. You don't need to lose weight to get a nicer body.
You're on the lower range weight for your height. Have you ever tried using a body fat percentage calculator? It is a good way to tell if you have a healthy amount of body fat. I think that you should maybe do a little bit of strength training, in order to tone your muscles, but otherwise you are in a good position.
