I'm 198 pounds at 5'4 !!! So maybe I could join you guys too... I was wondering how many calories you guys are averaging on a daily basis ..... I eat only around 1300 and work out , but lately I've been stuck in the same weight range... Advice??
@lakshmianand411 Hi! I think 1300 is a little low.. I actually eat from 1800 to 2000 calories and I work out from 30 minutes to 1 hour and a half every day. I'm planning on reaching my 35 pound weight loss in May. I'm sure that bumping up your calories would get you out of this plateau. Good luck :)
