eat healthy: ibuy alot of veggies, fruits and the like. don't be too concerned about your intake but concerned enough to moderate it, be cautious about portion sizes, exercise regularly (1 hour minimum!) and don't restrict.  don't let the scale determine your success. measurements, how your clothes are a little loosier etc. take a "before" pic so during the journey you can see how much progress you have made! xx

I agree with the person above. I am also 5'7 and trying to lose 10-15 lbs:). Excersise regularly( or at least 5 days a week) and focus on eating a bunch of fruits and vegetables and try to make most of the carbs you eat complex carbs. They give you more energy and are better fore weightless than refined carbs( such as pasta, white breads). Drink a ton of water ( it healps spead up your metabolism) and try to get a good amount of fiber each day as it helps to fill you up. And also make sure that even as u cut calories that if you are still a teen that you don't eat below 1500 calories because teens need more than adults( due to brain development and overall development) 1200 calorie minimum. If u eat below that then your metabolism will slow down:( which would not be fun as it slows down the weight loss.

You weighed 117lbs last time you posted, which is the absolute minimum for 5' 7" to be healthy.

"Hi I'm 117 pounds also 5'7. The lowest weight ive been was 106. And thAt was a period of extreme depression. My doctor wants me up to 125."

Losing to 107 would be both dangerous and a bit stupid.
