I'm 14 5'4 and 1/4 and I weight about 135lbs. I want to get down to about 120 but I don't know exactly know what I can do to lose weight. I run/walk about a mile and a half a day and try to eat healthy but I need advice on anything else I can do to loose. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
