Like Peanutbutterxo said, there's no such thing as a "normal" body measurement. Everyone's different. Also, what's more important, the circumference of your thighs, or your wrist, or any other body part you might think of measuring next, is completely irrelevant to anything that matters in life.
Stop measuring yourself, stop weighing yourself, start eating properly, focus on getting healthy, and find something other than food and your body to occupy your mind with.
Babies have wrists with a circumference of 2 inches.
