You can either send them a message, reply to their post, or post in their journal if they have one. If there are other members that are like you, you can always create a group (a new thread with your group name) and chat away.
ARE THERE ANY RULES OR REGULATIONS?

That goal puts you severely underweight at a 16.3 BMI, when 18.5-24.9 is considered healthy (or 108-145 pounds). Even your current weight is just below the "normal" range of healthy. Why would you want to do that to yourself?

My goal date is October 31st of this year for my wedding. I know that to reach that goal I have to lose a bit more that what is recommended. I don't need to be 125 by Halloween, but I need to slim down to somewhere near my goal that way I can fit into my wedding dress! I really need motivation and tips here and there to keep my spirits high!

I'm male and live in Pennsylvania and I'll be starting university at the end of August and I really want to go in with a fresh start feeling good about my body.
I'm female, live in Britain and am going on holiday in August to South Africa. I'm overweight and want all this unneccesary flab of and improve fitness. I want to be able to go out on a track and jog for more than two minutes for Goodness' sake! I want to get back into some decent clothes and feel good about myself.
