Quote  |  Reply

Calling all *Young Calorie Counters*!

Post here to find a weight loss buddy, twin, or just a friend.

WHAT DO I DO FIRST?

Post your current stats, goals, and anything else that may help you find someone similar to you. Please do not put your IM or email in your post. This information belongs in your profile.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER I POST ABOUT MYSELF?

Once you have posted about yourself, be sure to scroll through the previous pages and find someone that you would like to connect with.

HOW DO I CONNECT WITH OTHER YCCers?

You can either send them a message, reply to their post, or post in their journal if they have one. If there are other members that are like you, you can always create a group (a new thread with your group name) and chat away.

ARE THERE ANY RULES OR REGULATIONS?

All posts must be within the Posting Guidelines (which can be found at the bottom of each page when you are replying). Please do not post any unhealthy goals or posts looking for others that may have an eating disorder to buddy with. This is not allowed and these posts will be deleted.

Goal: I really need to get rid of my belly -- although it isn't an actual belly, it's an issue from a body building perspective.  I can probably tackle it in a month or two.  Especially if I keep going the way I am (minus some slip ups.)  I get to do this while finishing a post grad.... So I don't have the stress of working, yet.  Just studying.

I am 23 years old

I'm a freshman collegiate athlete. I gain weight this cross country season from eating too much in the cafeteria, and I'm looking to get rid of it so I can be a lean, mean racing machine again. Any and all buddies/twins would be awesome. :)

3 DIY Tortilla Tricks
I love Mexican food—tacos with crispy shells, crunchy taco bowls and salty tortilla chips. But I could do without the extra calories, fat and sodium in the salty, often deep-fried tortillas served at many restaurants or the less-than-healthy packaged versions of these foods sold in the supermarket.
