I have found THE cheesecake recipe!

Most cheesecakes probably have a good 400-500 calories per slice, right? Well, I wasn't even looking for a low fat, low calorie cheesecake, when I stumbled upon this one and its amazing reviews.

I wasn't expecting too much, but I decided to make it.

It was DELICIOUS.

My parents loved it. I loved it. People who tried a slice loved it. It tastes just like real cheesecake. Maybe slightly lighter, but still rich and satisfying. I love cheesecake, so this a great find for me. I will definetly be making it again. Its "bring to a party" worthy.

Oh, and its around 260 calories, including the sauce. Mine was maybe a little bit more, because I didn't use low fat graham crackers.

Anyways, I definetly recommend it if you love cheesecakeLaughing

Hey, my birthday's coming up and I'm going to need something to make with my mom this weekend that won't kill my progress, and this looks awesome! Just one question... The recipe calls for:

  • 2  large eggs
  • 2  large egg yolks
  • 2  large egg whites

So you used four large eggs total? I'm not a total whiz in the kitchen so ... sorry if this question is stupid.

Yup, four large eggs in total. You have to beat the egg whites seperately.

thank you so much! I LOVE CHEESECAKE and I've been missing it!

Ummm.... sounds good! I might try it without the crust... Wink

Thanks! Laughing

Birthday coming up, and this looks like a Great idea for it... Tongue out

I do a very similar one, just with no butter in the crust (use some beaten egg white as a binder instead) and with more yogurt/ less eggs. And you are right, it's AMAZING. Everyone I have served it to loves it. I've made a chocolate mint variation and a citrus variation. Both to die for yummy!
