i think i have found the quickest, most effective weight loss secret in history
i learned in science today that 65% of the mass of the human body is oxygen. so the idea came to me like an angel playing a harp:
to lose weight, i will stop breathing.
this way, i'll lose 65% of my mass (that means weight, right?), which is about 110 lbs. i figure this will take about ten minutes. i don't want to lose that much, so i'm going to opt for five minutes of not breathing instead.
what do you think?
i feel like this ONE EASY TRICK should be an ad on the side of calorie counter.

Sadly, the air you breathe is only about 21% oxygen so you'll have to go about 25 minutes without breathing. But, let us know how that works out for you. ;)

Wait, I thought the best way to drop some weight right away would be to cut off your arm or something.
You could also take a knife to any fat rolls and just chop them off.
Or you could stop eating and drinking anything, even water.
You may also die in the process, though I could be wrong.
