Hi all. Can anyone tell me how much protein and carbohydrates an adult is supposed to have daily? Also sodium?? Can't seem to find that info here or anywhere. I know fat is 20%  No idea on the others. Thanks for you help.

Many different opinions will come up, but basically:

Fats: 20-25% of total calories

Protein: 15-20% of total calories

Carbs: 50-60% of total calories

Recommended sodium levels for healthy adults is no more than 2400mg
