Four Week Club, Part II - Starts Monday May 12th and ends Monday, June 9th! -- CLOSED to new members
Hey, I think it was pretty successful and, to be honest, I liked almost everybody that was involved.
(Kidding!)
Same dilly - For those of us in the current four week count down, post your final weight there, and then copy and paste it here... as it will be the starting weight here!
Morning Weigh ins on May 12th, and then every Thursday and Monday from then on!
(I'm actually pretty glad to do this - I'm going to Hawaii on June 12th, so I'd love a reason to keep driving to my goal weight before I get on that plane.)

I'm in for another month! The last month was great, but my goal for the next month is to get below 135! Woo Hoo!
I'm in as well if you are accepting new members who weren't in round 1. I need some accountability and this would provide some. I'm new around here but I think I am really going to make it this time. So far I'm down a few pounds but I'm just getting started so I'm not sure what's water and what's weight. By Monday I'll be couting about 10 days and I'm leaving on vacation in mid-June as well so motivations abound!
This is perfect. I'm going to Europe on June 9th to spend 2 weeks with my boyfriend. What good timing.

Hello, fellow fighters.
So, yesterday I had steak - New York Strip (Costco) for the first time since I went on this diet (two and a half months ago). I have NO idea how to classify new york strip, but I had 5 0z and I felt like I had eaten a boat.
(There's a lot of steak left, so if anyone has any cal break downs, that would be great.)
I can use this month with you all, and with help. I'm 10 pounds away from my goal weight of 185, but I'm also BORED out of my skull of dieting. Good news is, if I can suck it up for one more month, I will have done it. So... help.
Quick side question for those of you training while you're dieting - my trainer suggested two table spoons of apple cider vinegar per day, to help tackle the tougher to reach fats around my abs. That make sense?
I did it today. BLEH. But if I can choke down some of these protein bars, I can do this...
Today: Biked a half an hour WHILE playing Grand Theft Auto IV, walked 15 minutes while smoking a cigar. I can't do anything and not sully it, can I?

Oooo...I'm in. I have a very dressy up banquet dinner in 5 weeks so this is perfect. I wasn't in the first one...in fact I'm new here. Hoping to lose 4-6 pounds in the 4 weeks.
