Four Week Club, Part II - Starts Monday May 12th and ends Monday, June 9th! -- CLOSED to new members
Hey, I think it was pretty successful and, to be honest, I liked almost everybody that was involved.
(Kidding!)
Same dilly - For those of us in the current four week count down, post your final weight there, and then copy and paste it here... as it will be the starting weight here!
Morning Weigh ins on May 12th, and then every Thursday and Monday from then on!
(I'm actually pretty glad to do this - I'm going to Hawaii on June 12th, so I'd love a reason to keep driving to my goal weight before I get on that plane.)
Awright! Who's in!
Reason: Moved to a more appropriate forum
I'm planning to lose 5 kgs in 4 weeks. There's alot of events and I need to look my best.
Even though I'm leaving for Austria on Wednesday and I'll be back next week.
Current weight: 65 kgs (143 lbs)
Yep, although I am putting a closed on this puppy right now.
Okay! Closed! See you all Thursday!

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR INFO.
Apple Cider Vinegar is believed to up your metabolism to burn fat faster.
2 to 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar before each and every meal.Thermogenic herbs suppress appetite- barley green, spirulina, alfalfa, kelp, sea vegetables, green drinks, ect.- Also take on empty stomach before bed and early am 500mg L-Carnitine and 200-400 mcg chromium Pilcolinate to promote weight loss and firming. Portion control meals, ACV drink, fasting, exercise and these herbs can alos help.
Fat Flushing raw apple cider vinegar burns fat with its acetic acid that helps boost metabolism and dissolve fats, preventing them from being stored as fat and also helps lower blood sugar. You will be less hungry and less bloated.
It's also good at keeping your weight under control, and maintaing the weight loss.
I hope this helps you. I got this out of my book.
Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar Miracle Health System
Some research I've done on the Apple Cider Vinegar. Hey, I'm all for it if it works and it can't hurt, but there's not real proof that it works:
(http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0GCU/i s_n6_v14/ai_20152545)
"There is no scientific evidence that apple cider vinegar has any medicinal properties. While the folksy anecdotes from those who claim to have benefited from apple cider vinegar tonics may be amusing to read, they are simply that -- anecdotes.
Apple cider vinegar is anything but a storehouse of nutrients. A nutritional analysis of one tablespoon (more than the one or two teaspoons suggested to make a tonic) reveals that the golden liquid contains less than a ram of carbohydrate: minuscule amounts of calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium. copper, manganese, and phosphorus; and a mere 15 mg of potassium. The fiber, vitamin, and amino acid content is zero." - From the Article.
Well, let's give it a test run.. It' couldn't hurt.. I'm going to do it... I'm going to test these facts about the AVC Drink mixture, and see what happens.. Why don't you join me in this.. I'm ready to see what it brings me. It can't hurt nothing. I could use a bloat free night. LOL

I hope that link is right.
Let's give it a try.
CW: 127 lbs Goal by the end of challenge: 122 lbs
Start weight: 144.75! Goal weight: as near to 135 as poss :) Todays weigh in: 143.25 woohoo!
Thanks for this challenge marmel! It's keeping me on track so far and now I have a ball to go to on 14 June, and a dress to fit. See you Monday :)
Happy Thursday to all! My weight on Monday was 203.6 and I weighed in this morning at 200.8. I don't believe that I've lost all that in the last few days. I think that it was the extra cardio last night and I probably have lost too much water and when I get more hydrated today, I'll go back to 201-something. Either way, it's down and good.
Good Luck to everyone!
good morning all.. something similar with me today bpcrue.. I'm at 186.8 today...its simply not possible that I've dropped that much since monday. but I'm not complaining!
It would be totally discouraging if I weighed myself today given I was at a five course banquet last night! I'll assume I'm the same as Monday!.. 142 pounds.

Don't be afraid or discouraged! We're all in this together. In the first forum, I knew that I would gain weight after having a day out at the ballpark the day before weigh in and I did gain 2 lbs. But you weigh in and move on. Missing the weigh in isn't going to make it any better and won't give you any perspective for the Monday weigh-in. Go for it!
Hey everyone!
SW: 195
CW:194
Hooray! I'm excited for this. Except for the fact that my muscles are now yelling at me after a rough day at the gym yesterday...
What the hell?
Up two pounds? I'm at 197?
I'm not even sure how that happens.
TOTAL bummer.
Anybody got any ideas? I have literally NOT changed my diet or exercize and suddenly, here I am, two pounds heavier.
Addendum: Well, part of this is my scale. I just placed it in the same position I had it in every OTHER time I weighed myself, and I was at 195.5 THAT's more accurate to, at the least, the scale that I'm using, if nothing else.
Still annoying, but less so. Question: I do have a trainer and I am going to the gym more. Muscle?
Okay.
1) Buying a more accurate scale today
2) Probably mixing things up a bit.
