Ways to keep myself motivated: I put a black silk sheath on the wall where I exercise.  I have to be 175 to fit into it (that was the weight I was when I bought it.)

To stay motivated I've started concentrating more on exercising to feel stronger instead of getting skinnier. When I exercise I feel stronger immediately, but don't see myself getting skinny immediately. So by taking my focus off of looking skinnier I won't feel tempted to quit if I don't see a total body difference right away.

GAINED: 3 pounds!!

I had a bad binge a couple of days ago which made me gain about five pounds. so far, i've lost two!

im going to recover from it though!

YAY so happy!

My motivator this week is to keep on eating the right way and to successfully stay out of the candy drawer at work (which by the way I have been doing very well surprisingly :)  also to continue my cardio 3 to 4x's a week.

Although I did cheat last night & ate some ice cream cake :( ... but oddly enough it did not affect my loss woohooo!!!!

So motivated for the first time since having my baby 4 months ago, this challenge so far is working well for me!  I can see myself 10lbs lighter by the 4th!

Lost 2lbs! Yeah!

Feel good and surprised.  The weekend wasn't that good.  I also find that if I bike I lose more weight than if I just play sofball which is Monday and Tuesday nights.  When I weigh myself on Fridays, I lose more weight (probably due to biking wed & Thurs), but gain in back over the weekend.   So new goal is to bike on the weekends.

Also like to add a side note, I drank my first beer last thursday night (after giving it up for 2 weeks), and still lost weight.  I guess everything is moderation really works. ;)

I'm staying motivated right now because my clothes are feeling loser - what a great feeling!  I drink LOTS of water during the day and am staying under 1500 calories.  I need to add more exercise though, so plan to start walking more this week!

This is my week to retain 5 pounds of water, so hopefully that 1.2 pounds (and more) will come off by the next weigh in.

lost 2 pounds this week...i know it's a "healthy weight loss" but a bit frustrating after the first 5 from water weight came off so fast and so easy.  My gameplan for this week cut down the alcohol consumption...to one day this week.
I have lost 3 lbs this week for a total of 6 lbs. 

Yay almost there.   Congrads to all you fellow losers.

Today 151 :(    On friday I got sick and flu like and I have been weak and resting since then. I have not Ex. since then so this put a little crimp in my weight loss. I will start back to ex. with some gentle walking this week and not worry too much I will just be one week behind.

Total of 2.5 lbs lost total.

Back up but iam not concerned. I have been doing a lot of lifting over the past 2 weeks and have toned up! I am looking forward to shedding those damn lbs though!

I just located calorie-count.com today while searching the net.  This looks like an awesome site.  I really think all of the information here will be of major help to me while I strive to reach my goal weight.  This thread also looks like a motivated group.  Do you all have room for one more.  Please tell me more about the site.
