frappacino alternative 125 calories

Here is a great frappacino remake

1 scoop Slim fast powder, vanilla or chocolate, 2 tsp. French Vanilla Cafe sugar free by General Foods international, 2 heaping tsp. intant coffe ( I use Taster's Choice) or more for stronger coffee taste, mix with 1cup water in blender and add ice and blend to desired consistancy.  Tastes great!!
