free cone day

Quote  |  Reply
every year ben and jerrys has free cone day, and all the ben and jerrys all over the county give away free cones. i have been going ever since i was little, its a social thing for me and my friends, but i cant decide weither or not to go this year. i started a 10 day detox, and it is the day before my detox ends. i just really want to see this detox through, but at the same time, its only one day. what do you think i should do? i hate the idea of breaking a tradition.

free cone day is tomorrow, april 17th, if anyone else wants to go.

why would you want to mess up your detox? you made a commitment to it, i don't think its a good idea to break it.  maybe go for the social aspect but bring fruit? or just don't go.
I said that my last post would be my final (for so many reasons) but could not let this one slip... Don't do it! You need to ease back on to a normal diet after a detox, it might taste good but you'll get sick sick sick!!

:)
sure!! go!!

live your life!
lol i say dont do it. i mean a cone is what, 4 bucks?  you completing your detox is worth more than 4 bucks. plus its going to be packed with people wanting free cones.  so i say, just pay the 4 bucks after your detox and enjoy the best of both worlds.
I love Ben & Jerry's, so nothing would stop me from a free cone... except the nearest one is miles away.
As much as I love Ben & Jerry's...I wouldn't ruin this commitment you made yourself. You can always go there when this is done! Keep focused... :)
i think i may have dodged the bullet-turns out im working today when my friends are going, ill just tell them to go without me. ill have a tasty fruit smoothie instead.
Don't let dieting ruin traditions. It's just once, it's not making you slip up forever. Live your life, one cone wont hurt! After the cone, forget about it and get back on track. =)
well.. i guess its good you dodged the bullet, but if you have a chance to go with your friends, do it. Just dont eat the ice cream. Its the social part of it thats important, not the ice cream itself.
