I admit it. I'm a complete sucker for buying in to home exercise equipment. I've got loads and I don't like using any of it, except for the aeropilates which takes up a large amount of space. I don't really want to be spending any more money on exercise equipment!!
So... The question is; Has anyone found any good online exercise routines? I saw that grassdress posted a topic about a yoga instructor she had found on YouTube called sadienardini which I'm going to have a look at, but would like to have a bit of variation.
Currently I still have 2lbs to lose to reach my original goal and I'm thinking of reducing this a little. But aside from the weight loss, I want to start toning up so that when that layer of fat is gone from my stomach, it will be on its way to being nice and toned. ![]()
You may also want to go to some of the magazine websites, such as Women's Health. They often provide tips on workout you can do at home that don't take much space and will help you work on your core. Lunges, squats, etc will help you tone and maintain endurance. Good Luck!
