Does anyone else diet throughout the week and then splurge on Saturday and Sunday? I'm not talking about eating an entire pizza and a carton of ice cream, but usually, I'll eat something "bad" for me that I didn't eat throughout the week. I still try to remain within 200 of my usual calorie intake, but I don't feel guilty about that delicious, juicy, greasy, arterie clogging cheeseburger.
I feel as if I restricted my diet 24/7, then I'd relapse and start eating whole banana cream pies and tubs of ranch dressing without thinking twice about it. Okay, not that severe, but you get the picture. I've lost twelve pounds so far and three since I've started using CC, so I think my plan is working. Does anyone else do the same thing or something similar?

Yes I do that definitely. Either on Sat. or Sun. (sometimes both) I will pretty much eat nearly whatever I want (but not too crazy of course haha, still within a certain calorie range like you said). It seems to be working, I've heard it's pretty good to do too, since it's not good to ALWAYS deprive yourself of foods you really like.
i think thats a great idea.when i was younger i used to try and diet btu would not allow myself any junk food of any sort. it got to be just wayyyy to much for me so i would eat tons and tons of food at one time then feel guilty. thats how i started to be bulimic. luckily, thats all over with now, and i do the same thing as you:)
I don't relegate those diet-calorie breaks to the weekend but yes, I stagger my calories.

Typically, I just eat to my maintenance calories on the days I'm feeling like I'm extra hungry.  Seems to keep my metabolism going.  I really like how it works for me. 

Sometimes I'll add in a treat, like a chocolate malt.  Other times I add larger portions or an extra healthy meal.  Just depends.  It really helps me feel like I'm not being deprived and keeps me honest most other days. 
i allow myself on the weekends well, usually friday or saturday to be a little more relaxed with my calories. instead of eating my 1300-1500cal range i will eat 1500-1800. i dont really eat anything unhealthy but eat more of the healthy foods or have real icecream or something like that, a real cookie. usually treat self w/low cal/low sugar versions.
yes always.  i stay strict all week at between 1400-1550.  on the weekend i relax a bit. 
Yes. And I have been doing this for the last 18 months.. I stick with healther choices for the most part. But i give myself Friday nights and saturdays.  I am down 80 lbs.   I may lose it slower but I feel less deprived.  I find it easier to stay on track the rest of the week.
