| 1/2 | cup Egg beaters |
| 1/4 | cup Soy Milk |
| 1/2 | teaspoon Ground Cinnamon |
| 2 | tablespoon (40g) |
- In a shallow dish, mix egg beaters, skim milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Soak both sides of bread in mixture. I
- Pre heat pan to high heat.
- Add bread; reduce heat to medium.
- Turn bread after 2 minutes. Cook until golden brown.
