I'm starting at 225 and I'd like to get down to 195 lbs. as soon as possible. I plan to watch what I eat and to start a rigorous workout regiment. The plan is to lift weights and compliment it with 20 minutes on the treadmill. Anyone else interested in beginning along with me....we can keep ourselves in check and monitor our results...I figure competing with someone might help with motivation...

hey vkatari i am currently 230 at would like to hit 200 then start thinking about 185-190. i also ride the bike and hit the weights at the local "Y". let's do this. good luck and here we go
Yea I'm in. I am just starting again and my goal is to lose 5# in April. I;ll add you guys to my friends list and we can keep up with eachother?
I am currently at 202. I started out at 222. I would love to join in on this. My goal right now is to get to 170 by July 14th. With a reasonable weight loss per week I may have to up my date a little. I think once I get to 170 I will want 150. My very first goal is to get below 200 haven't seen that in years.
I'm in!! I started @ 231-232 and now I'm down to 218 and trying to get down to 185 by the end of summer if not sooner!! I will add you to my freinds list.
