Hi ya'll! I know it's Monday, but I thought maybe somebody might be interested in a Friday weigh in club.  I have lost 60 pounds and have another 30 to go. I usually weigh every day, twice a day actually. Since I am losing slower now and I tend to eat out on the week end and have water gain on Monday, I thought maybe just once a week on Friday would be better. What do you guys think?  I started at 245, weigh 184.5 and am going for 155. Take care, linda

HI ya'll, It is Friday again. I am sorry, I haven't posted in awhile. Last Fri 9-21-07 170 lbs.!!      &nb sp;               &nb sp;               &nb sp;               &nb sp;

 Today fri 9-28-07 ??? I hope no more than 173. Last Friday I had bunion surgery!!! No excercise and well not much moving around. I have a big shoe on and a lot of bandages, so I am not sure of my weight. I am going to be off my feet for at least 6 weeks and I am really going to try and eat right. So, next Fri I will try to post.

Friday again...I missed last friday but i was at 140. Today at 138.5. Yay! It is a  loss, but I am still sad that I have not broken 136...
185.8    lost 5# this week...........but it was 'new' weight I gained in one week.  Still over my Sept low.
178.  Down 2.  Finally out of the 180s.  Hooooooooooray!
162.00 lbs.  Lost about 2 lbs this week.  I've been doign this thing for about a month, and I've lost 10 lbs.  I weighed 172 when I started!  Thank you calorie counter!!
Hi, its friday and I have not posted in awhile.  I have lost .8 lbs this week and am currently down 112.2 lbs since last December.  Got to love it.  I am 2.2 lbs from my current goal of 160, but am considering working toward 150.  I do have a 5.2 inch frame, which is quite muscular and with heavy bones.  Any ideas?
Hi everyone! I'm down 1 more pound this week to 164. I was kind of hoping for 2 lbs, but I'll take what I can get.

I am in maintaince mode and currently today was 171.0 and I have been hovering around 170-172 for the past two weeks. I am happy if I stay in the range of 170-173 or so. ;)
Good morning all.  No change for me this week.  22 down, 38 to go.  I really need to start getting some better and consistent EXERCISE.

This is my first time posting my dreaded weight.  Just had heart scare, need to lose 100.

I'm down 6 lbs from start two weeks ago, 249.6 today.

The image of possibly having my chest cut open is keeping me on track so far.

That's motivation! I was able to quit smoking no problem when pregnant with my 19 year old son, I hope I can do as well now.... Undecided

Stick with it pattikins.  I came here too (back in August) after getting a physical that indicated high blood pressure and high cholesterol.   I really don't want to follow my family footsteps of strokes, heart attacks and pacemakers if I can avoid it....

Good job you guys! I haven't posted in a while, last Friday I was at 138 and this Friday at 137.5....which is a loss! At least I am no longer gaining, which I was for a while!

LMao, just me here. 137.5 again this friday.
I'm refusing to weigh today.  I had 4 nights of "get-togethers" this week and know in my gut what the scale will read.  Not gonna do it!

I'll be back next Friday as a "loser".

I have met my goal of 160 as of today I am 157.6 down from 274. Wow i am proud and excited about this. I think I will push on to 150 and stop then. Good luck to everyone.
Congrats fatdoc! That's awesome!

I am down 2 more pounds this week to 158. Not only does this mark my "official" entrance into the 150's club, it also puts me within 10 lbs. of my goal weight and makes it a full 80 pounds that I've lost since January of 2007!!! :)

I'm down three pounds this week for a total of 11lbs. I have 45 more to go but after reading about your successes, I'm sure I can do it!

Oh, I want to do this too. Right now I weigh everyday, but I might decrease that a bit. Either way, I'll post here every Friday.

 

Started at 253.2 when I signed up here. Today, I weighed in at 245.8.
