Great work Devbanana. This week has me down one more lb to 120 lbs total. For me there are four more lbs to go to my ultimate goal of 150 lbs.
I am thrilled, eating more and attempting to burn 3500 cals a week through exercise while keeping calorie counts around 1500 cals.

Nov 1st I weighed 138, and today I am at 136.55! I am trying to get to the magical 125, but it is getting harder and harder. I think I can settle for a pound a month, better than nothing!

Well folks,
Today I am 1.6 lbs away from my goal. It is amazing and I am happy with this change. When I checked in my BMI on the site, it said I am "slightly overweight". Wow!! I can live with that.

I like the Friday weigh in - that is what I have always done, so I can post it here!
My start weight is 177 on 12-12-07 (5'4" - 40 years old)
Today, 12-21-07 - I weighed in at 172!
My goal weight is 155
I just quit smoking 28 days ago - for the 20th time. This time, something clicked. When I quit, I weighed 174 - gained 3 pounds - and I said to myself - OH NO, I AM NOT GOING TO GAIN WEIGHT AGAIN.
