Hi ya'll! I know it's Monday, but I thought maybe somebody might be interested in a Friday weigh in club. I have lost 60 pounds and have another 30 to go. I usually weigh every day, twice a day actually. Since I am losing slower now and I tend to eat out on the week end and have water gain on Monday, I thought maybe just once a week on Friday would be better. What do you guys think? I started at 245, weigh 184.5 and am going for 155. Take care, linda
Friday weigh-ins are good for me too, so count me in. Top weight was 185, I'm now at 171.5. My goal is 135, and my mini goal is 165 by the end of the year.
My weight today is 131.5 lbs. I'm 4'11" and 18 years old..so not growing anymore, sadly. My highest weight at this height was 137 lbs, my low at this height was 53 lbs, and my long-term goal is 70 lbs.

Today's weigh in was 187.0lbs and I started this diet at the end of June at 225lbs.

started on November 15 o6 at 155 lbs and today i'm 152
I'm 161.2 today, so only 0.2 loss since last Friday. I've been up and down the scales like a yoyo this week. It's driving me nuts!
Yesterday I decided to start the zig-zag technique you all talk about. I'll see if that makes next week's result a bit more impressive. Gonna be a challenge getting through turkey day. I can walk away from all the desserts and candy, but mashed potatoes with butter and gravy are my weakness. What Thanksgiving food item is your achilles heel?
I started the week at 152.0 and am 151.6 today. Not too bad considering that I had a somewhat "off" week (migraine kept me from working out.....went out to dinner on Wednesday night and Thursday night....had a big snack-fest yesterday afternoon)....Ah well, the 140s club will just have to wait another week.
Wow that's funny you say that about migraines, I have been fighting one too since Monday. Hope yours went away but mine has yet to go away, hopefully it will go away soon.

Today: 207.6!
Change: -3.2 lbs.!
Hung out at 208.2 for three/four days, second day at 207.6. :) Bet some of that's differences in water weight, but I'm not bitchin!
