Hi ya'll! I know it's Monday, but I thought maybe somebody might be interested in a Friday weigh in club.  I have lost 60 pounds and have another 30 to go. I usually weigh every day, twice a day actually. Since I am losing slower now and I tend to eat out on the week end and have water gain on Monday, I thought maybe just once a week on Friday would be better. What do you guys think?  I started at 245, weigh 184.5 and am going for 155. Take care, linda

last week i was 236 and this morning i weighed in at 230!

that is -6lbs for me, that is also the most i have ever lost in a

week. and i even pigged out yesterday.

161.6 today .4 up since last friday. I've been hovering around the 161 mark for a while now. Must be time I stepped it up a notch. I don't want to go any lower on my calories, so I guess it's time I got this body moving!!
Some of you are SO inspiring! Thank you for posting your results. It helps me to see that my weight goals are achievable!

I began dropping junk food on Sunday and added exercise the same day. Last Sunday I was 160lbs and today I seem to waiver between 158 and 159.

Happy day-after T-day! I am actually down 1lb surprisingly... well see if it holds. I am re-starting cal counting today.. im hosting christmas for the first time this year w/ my DH at our new house.. so i would like to lose 15 or so lbs by then.

today is was 154... getting there.!
sorry for the late update...i actually didn't weigh-in on Friday...since we didn't have work...i couldn't use the scale at work...but will provide an update this coming Friday...:)

Hi There.  I'm new here and would love to join the Friday weigh in.  I started cal counting today....again.  I seem to do well for awhile, but then get thrown waaaay off course somewhere along the way.  I am starting at 224.  I would like to get to 150, but we'll see how it goes.   Advice and inspiration are welcome.
down 1 lb this morning. so i am now 229. which is exciting because i haven't seen the 220's since high school. a little disappointing after my big lose of 6 lbs last week. but i didn't expect that again. that would be dangerous to lose that fast all the time, but it is good to have those kind of weeks once in a while to keep u motivated. good luck to all!
161.2 Well, the good news is it's .4 pound less than last Friday so downwards is always good. Had a big spike a couple of days after Thanksgiving - shot up 2 pounds, but its gone again now and I've been really careful ever since. But: I'm getting a bit sick of being at 161-point-something. Seems like I've been hovering around here a while. The first 8 pounds came off so nicely, now I'm struggling to lose half a pound a month!

My goal for the next couple of weeks is to break below 160 before Christmas Day.

Anyone else been wrestling with the same weight for weeks?

Hi ya'll, I'm finally back. Been on vacation and no computer around,so no longing in or anything.  I weigh in this morning at 181.5 Not going too fast but at least going down.  See ya next Fri! linda

Well I stayed the same holding at 260 this week again
as of last friday...i was 203.6 according to the scale at work...and i won the "dieting for dollars at work"...so i'm happy...hehe...a lot of people gained because of Thanksgiving weekend...but i lost 1.4 pounds...hehe...
As of this morning I am down to 135.5!!  Total weight loss of 11.5 and 9.5 since joining CC! YAY!

I'm down 2 pounds since last Friday, but I think I was bloated that day because I had been weighing a half pound lighter than that the previous few days.

I hope everyone else is doing wonderfully on their weigh in!
Oh boy. I gained a few lbs Thanksgiving, and haven't done anything about it! I'm ashamed to weigh in at 124, yet again.
haven't really been doing well lately...it's that time of the month so i'm just craving junk food all the time...but i think the hormonal phase is dying down...and plus...monday was my birthday...so this past weekend...(friday-monday (took the day off))...i've just been chowing down cake...:P...yum!...weighed-in at 203.2 today...down 0.4 pounds since last friday...considering i haven't been watching my diet...and haven't been exercising...i'm surprised i didn't gain...so gotta get back on track next week...:)
