Hi ya'll! I know it's Monday, but I thought maybe somebody might be interested in a Friday weigh in club.  I have lost 60 pounds and have another 30 to go. I usually weigh every day, twice a day actually. Since I am losing slower now and I tend to eat out on the week end and have water gain on Monday, I thought maybe just once a week on Friday would be better. What do you guys think?  I started at 245, weigh 184.5 and am going for 155. Take care, linda

205.6 today.  Second lowest weight since starting CC (lowest was two days ago!)  All potential "damage" from Thanksgiving reversed. :)


I am happy to say I have passed my goal weight of 185, I was 184.4 this morning though I am going to try to see if I can get to 180 to have a buffer between 180-185. :)
159.2 today.
Last week I said my goal was to break below 160 by the holidays, so I'm really pleased. I was having trouble losing weight for the past few weeks, but I increased my calories like so many of you suggested - and it worked great!!

Well after a wild stressful week, aka finals week, I am actually happy today was 186.0lbs, yeah I gained some but not as bad as what it was looking like earlier in the week. I am going to shoot for 180 but I am not putting a timeline on that one becauase I want to be in the range of 180-185.
Grrr taken me two weeks to loose 1lb. Now three lbs to go, but my date is looming, and not a chance.

Better than a lb up I guess, elttiks.x.
im not weighin' this week yall. binged last night and have a little extra water weight on me from other things. ill check back in next week tho hopefully with some good news. and congrats everyone!
After a week of femaleness :-/ back to 206 -- been holding steady for two days now. :)  Christmas parties tonight though, so I'll probably be on maintenance for the next few days. :)

My trend is down though:  -4.6 lbs (-0.4 lbs. lower than it was last Friday).  :)
Hi all, Weighed yesterday and was up. 184. Binged yesterday. Christmas party and I made cookies to bring. Didn't bring them all because I ate like half a dozen. Bad calorie week. Today wasn't bad. Stayed below maintainence. Have about 300 deficit. Walking 3 miles and will continue to do so. Plan on 1200 cal for the next week. Low low carbs and we'll se, next week on Fri hope to be 180. 159 this week. Oh boy, a huge loss of .2 of a pound. Probably only because I cut my nails last night!

It's been a tough week. Clients have been torturing me - sending me cookies, chocolates, and gift baskets. I'm being pretty good about giving most of it away (most - not all!!)

Good news is my goal was to get my "trend" weight below 159 before Christmas, and I did that this past week
Weighed in this morning at 234. That is 109 pounds lost since joining calorie-count in January of this year.

How long did it take you?  I have like, er, cough... cough... more than that to lose and sometimes I feel like there is no way to weigh less.
Despite some well-deserved water weight (party at my sister's Friday, party at a friend's Saturday) I ended up at 205.4 today, which ties my lowest weight!

Let's see if I can maintain this through the Christmas weekend...

A Friday weigh-in is encouraging to me, luzing, because it shows me my progress.  It's like having a weekly checkup, and getting as well as giving encouragement.
well i weighed in this week and i was at 251.6 that means i have lost about 41lbs since july. it also means that i am 1.6lbs away from my mini goal of being 250 by christmas...i don't think it will happen lol so im pushing it and changing it to seeing 249 on the scale by January 4th, when my mom is visiting!
Wow. What a bunch of losers! Congrats to all. I am at 118 and 13.5% BF.

Can I join in? I just weighed in at 131.1 lbs! That's 1.8 down from last week, and I think probably the lowest i've weighed in years.

Since starting tennis in October, and calorie counting since Nov 13, I've lost about 14lbs. My goal is to lose another 10 pounds (hopefully before my high school reunion in Feb). I'm 5'2 1/2".
