Friday weigh in????
Um excuse me but I can't find the old Friday Weigh in thread. If it's gone I'd like to start a new one. Anyone?
I'm really hoping my weight is down tomorrow. I was as low as 187, but then this morning I'd shot back up to 189! Not cool! I did have quite a bit of sodium yesterday and not a lot of water, so here's hoping it's water weight and that it'll be gone by the time I weigh in!

I'm down .5, so I'm at 176.5 today. Better than a gain I suppose. I really wasn't exptecting any loss actually since I lost 4 last week and is TOM right now, but I'll take it.
Well off to the gym now, going to get rid of that pesky .5 if I want to or not!

I'm pushing you to the top! I'm up .2. After the week I've had, I'll take it. 174.2
So what! Tomorrow starts a new week. I promise to do better. Last Sunday morning I was 171.8. It was great to see, but I knew it was stress. I'd much rather lose slowly. More apt to stay off, plus, you can tone-up along the way.

Well I weighed today, was really scared cos of damage I had done last week. I had weighed myself on Saturday and had gained 3lbs due to the food, situations and TTOM!!! But as I promised myself I got straight back on it and have lost weight again. I'm actually only 0.2lb down from 2 weeks ago but I have lost the weight gained so Woo Hoo me! 147.4lbs and feeling really good! I hope everyone does well and feels good too!

Hi guys! I missed last week's weigh-in, but I did go from 176.4 down to 174.8, so I lost last week.
This week however, I was not as lucky, I gained .6 of a pound, sniff sniff, I am up to 175.4... :-(

Ugh.. 134.0... I went on vacation[thats why I missed last week..] and came back.. up 2.4.. I feel terrible.. :[
I'm up .5, what the heck is up with that. I stayed at my calorie level and went to the gym 5 times this week. What ever. My scale is evil.

Can I join, too? Just noticed this thread. Am 177 this AM. Lost 3.5 vacation weight this week. Don't despair, pattycakes. I think vacation weight levels off once you're back on your regular eatiing plan and drinking your water. But I'm really gonna have to work to see a lower number next Friday.
JC, you found us Friday losers! YAY! Hey we all have weeks to celebrate, and weeks to tuck and roll. But that's why we're all here. Last week was a gain for me. But this week I lost 2.2, down to 172. I'll take it. Don't get too frustrated! This is a s l o w process. But wont it be worth it???

I'm glad to be accountable weekly. Less likely to slough off that way. LOL BTW: I've been guzzling water non stop since I've been home. And I really think that helped shed the vacation weight.
Just a friendly reminder.....Tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!! It's the end of a hard week. And the beginning of a brand new one. Here's too loosin!!

No weigh in today for me cause my scale is broken. (I hear you snickering) But no, that's really the honest truth! I'm hoping it's just the battery and that it's easy to replace and not expensive. Lithium - anyone know about them?
