Hello! I am 5'7" 150/151 and would like to get to 135-138 range...

I need all the motivation I can get! Laughing

I just restarted with CC to resume losing weight too.

I'm a few inches shorter and a few years older but I'm trying to get down to the 130's too. I'm currently 165.

Hi there-

I just joined CC March 27th and so far I am down 6.6 pounds. I am 5'3 and weigh 174. I hope to get down to 150 < short term> and ultimately 135. I'd love to make some friends for support. This is a lonely journey by one's self.

Nikki

Motivation is key...   hello!
I'm 5'8  191 currently and working hard to get into my size 12's  ha ha  I don't care really what the scale says.  I just want things to shrink !   :)
It's a sunny day, early in the day, and I have a short hike planned! (an hour)     The sunshine makes me feel good when it's early in the day and not too hot.  so... I'm going to enjoy it today!!

I will feel great when I'm done and have the rest of the day to dedicate to ...  ME since it's my day off!  :)

What are your plans for the day?

That sounds just like me (more or less).

I'm 5' 6.5", 147, and looking to get to 130ish.  I would love to have some ladies to swap notes with that are in a similar place!

Hi,

I'm 5'8" and almost at my goal weight now.... Struggling to loose the last 10 pounds...

I have also been on here for a few months, and hoping to meet some great people to give and share encouragement...

Hi Ladies-

How are we doing today? Today is a bad day for me :( the scale is up 1.6 I know its prob a blip from eating salty food yesterday but it still bums me out .

Nikki

Nikki, hang in there- I hate seeing that up on the scale, but it evens out, right? :)

Speaking of scales, mine can be off 4 lbs just by stepping on and off- I am looking to get a new, more reliable one- do you have suggestions?

How is everyone planning their weekends?

I am planning to go to the gym after work today and if it is nice a run tomorrow- the tough part is out to dinner with family- figuring out what on the menu is the healthiest choice plus wanting that item is not an easy task :)

But enough about me... how is everyone else?

Hi everyone...Just got back from the gym and now I have an exam to study for (2pm today) Surprised.  Seems like stress is a key to getting my booty to the gym.

Nikki, sorry about the upward movement on the scale. I know how you feel...mine goes up like 3 pounds during a certain time of the month.  Just drink a ton of water and it should be back down tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day and just let me know if you need some motivation or encouragement or just someone to vent to!

I too need some friends to help keep me motivated. I just signed up in mid April but I have been working out since February. I am 5'4" and I currently weigh 153 lbs. I have lost 7 lbs since I started eating healthier and exercising everyday. I am a 27 year old mother of two young children who needs to get healthier so they are healthier. My goal weight is around 125 or 130.  If you are also interested in becoming one of my friends, we can keep each other motivated and on track.

I hate it when that happens!  Even though I still weight myself constantly, I try to only hold myself to my weekly weigh-in.

I have this scale that tracks your weight and will compare your starting, last weigh in, and lbs to go to goal.  I use a separate "user" for my weekly weigh-ins so I can keep progress on a more long term basis, and it definitely makes me feel good at the end of the week (as opposed to the daily fluxes)!

Try not to beat yourself up too much on the flux!  :)

Hi Ladies thanks for the support. I just got done riding the exercise bike for 40 minutes < roughly 7 miles>. I feel better. I am just going to drink lots of water and hope it goes down tomorrow.

Hi!

I just joined a couple days ago and I love the idea of friendly support! I'm 19, 5'9'' and looking to come down from about 165 to 145. With summer approaching, I've got to step things up! ;)

Hope everyone's having a great day:)
restarters....count me in!
i can't waste time gabbing about how i kept going and going in the same circle...one thing's sure though, i've never been able to eat fully healthily in one day. there's always cheating going on....i know, i know it's shameful. i even make jokes about it and call it pseudo-dieting *sigh*

anyway, i'm 5'5'' weight about 134 lbs. need to slim down to 121 lbs. i am just enthralled on how ppl can lose up to 100 lbs in one year. that's....just so great. i am soo lacking in will power :S

Amy, good luck for exam. got mine soon, all these studying make me go cravy~~ i just had a whole package of crackers 500 cals worth. great, just great. i know i shouldn't buy that thing. arghhh.

Hey everyone!

I'm pretty new to this and definately looking for friends to help keep me on track. I'm 5'4" and 159lbs. I started dieting three weeks ago and I'm down 5lbs already! My goal is 130lbs. Good luck to everyone and keep me posted on your progress :)
