Ok so last night, this was so good! Although some ratios could be off so feel free to experiment!

1/2 cup of vanilla soymilk
1/2 cup of chocolate soy protein powder
(mix those together till the powder has dissolved)

Then in another bowl or cup mix 1 cup of soy delicious chocolate icecream
with frozen blueberries (as many as you would like or sub any other fruit)

Now I dont have a blender but I would use one if you do. Mix together.
Place in freezer to let the soymilk freeze. And take a spoon and enjoy. My consitency was that to a Frosty.

It's pretty simple and I still feel like its a work in progress but it was still really good! :)

I just call it a Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie, but this also tastes a lot like a Wendy's Frosty.  For this I use a food processor, you would need that or a blender,

Chocolate Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

2 bananas, frozen
¼ C to ½ C peanut butter ("cheap" peanut butter, or all-natural)
2 C soy milk (approximately; plain or vanilla)
4 T cocoa powder
¼ C to ½ C sugar
vanilla (optional)

Freeze bananas by breaking into 1" chunks and putting in plastic container in freezer overnight.

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.

Most ingredients are flexible (except bananas) -- add to your own taste.
Oooooh. That sounds really really good! I'm going to have to try that and maybe mix in a little soy protein......tasty stuff

Any ideas on great egg substitutes?
