cheesecake chillers? haha.

well I was craving cheesecake, so I tried this out.. it was pretty good!

for ONE cheesecake bite [can easily be multiplied]:

'crust':
1 tsp. Kellogg's All-Bran
pinch cinnamon
pinch splenda
1/2 tsp water

'cheesecake':
1/2 tbsp fat-free cottage cheese
1/8 tsp [or less] vanilla extract
1/2 tsp splenda

1. Mash up the cottage cheese either with the back of a spoon, or a food processor if you're making more than one bite.
2. Stir in the vanilla and splenda [add more or less, to taste]. Set aside.
3. Crush the All-Bran in bowl or on plate with a spoon. Mix in cinnamon and splenda.
4. Add water little by little, and shape into a ball, then flatten.
5. Place on wax paper, and place dollop of cottage cheese on top.
6. Freeze until hardened, and enjoy!

I hope I'm not the only weirdo who likes this kind of junk. haha

Thank you!!...and rock on, I'm going to make these this weekend.  :)  I do love cheesecake but haven't had it in over 6 months....this may be the perfect bit I need/want.
OMG THAT IS AWESOME! I will have to try it. I can't keep sweets in the house because I will binge on them. If I can make them myself then I can make just enough for one day!! THANKS!
Did anyone else try this yet?  Just wonderin' ...
