Hi Gang, while I do eat homemade food most of my meals, I am finding it easier to have a Smart Ones or other frozen meals at lunchtime. My question to all of you is, most of the ones I get are pasta. Can you really eat pasta every day and lose weight? I'm sticking to 1200-1400 cals. a day. Much thanks, Sandy
If you are eating fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight. It doesn't matter if you eat pasta every day. A friend of mine lost 30 pounds eating mostly chocolate candy! She wanted to prove to her friends it was possible. Of course it's better to eat healthy, but you should be able to fit a couple hundred calories of pasta into a healthy diet.
Sweet, MoonDuster! Thank you. I feel more confident now, being a new girl on here coming from ATKINS diet. :) It's hard to get that Atkins mentality out of my head, but I'm working on it. :)
