I love to cook. I really do. But sometimes, my lame sandwich or salad for lunch lacks the "mealiness" I'm looking for. Sometimes, I don't feel like cooking dinner after work.
Can everyone please give me some good reviews of frozen dinners that hopefully don't cost too much? Also, I don't eat beef, poultry or pork so any suggestions that are egg, pasta, vegetable or seafood centered, would be most appreciated.
Thank you in advance!!
I like the new Healthy Choice Steamers. They can be expensive though, depends where you buy them. I get them at Wal Mart so they are like 3 bucks I think. Really low in calorie and fat, kinda high in Sodium, so I just have one every few days and watch my sodium intake on everything else that day. They are quick and easy, and very good!

I like Smart Ones or Lean Cuisine. They don't seem to make me thirsty like chips so the sodium is ok but I drink 2 glasses of water after them to make sure no water weight.
What about freezing leftovers for lunches? I do that each nite for the next week.
I second the Healthy Choice streamers. They're usually around 260 calories each - sometimes they have special deals where you can get a certain number of them for a certain price so I just buy them when they're on special. They taste really good and are filling as well. If you're a broccoli fan they have a lot of broccoli in them as the veggie. My favorite is either the dill salmon or the chicken marinara.
My two favorite lean cuisines are ginger garlic stir fry or sesame chicken. The spaghetti with meatballs is also really good if youre not into chinese food. Eat them with a small salad, and its the perfect meal for either lunch or dinner! :)
